We are delighted to offer a new Homeshare opportunity available immediately for a mature female Sharer to live comfortably and affordably in a gorgeous residential area in North London, in return of providing some practical support, companionship and most of all a reassuring overnight presence to a lovely lady in her mid-80’s.

Only a 5-minute walk to Willesden Green tube (Jubilee line) and local shops and cafes, and 10 minutes’ walk to Brondesbury Park overground.What the Opportunity entails:
Accommodation on Offer:
A bright and spacious bedroom with a double bed and big window in this large, well-maintained house, with clothes rail and chest of drawers. Shared bathroom and second separate toilet. The sharer also has use of a separate living room and study if wanted. There is Wi-Fi. Beautiful garden. Washing machine.
What the Opportunity Involves:
In return for the low-cost accommodation, (£199 per month), we are looking to match our friendly and sociable Homeowner with someone who is happy to provide a little practical support around the house and daily companionship and importantly for her and her family, peace of mind that she is not at home alone overnight. No personal care is permitted.
Our Homeowner is quite independent and likes to be active. She goes out most days to the shops and sees friends and neighbours regularly. She is also a keen gardener, and her other interests include knitting and crocheting.
She would like to remain independent at home for as long as possible and is looking to share her home with someone who she can go out with occasionally, for a coffee, a walk or to the cinema or to share some meals with, watch TV or play games. She’s a big fan of Strictly and EastEnders!
Practical help might include light housework or gardening, occasional local grocery shopping and IT support.
The ideal sharer will be female (our homeowners’ preference), pleasant and easy-going and dog friendly as the family dog visits sometimes. Ideally someone working or studying with a bit of flexibility.

Cost: £199 per month
This is a monthly facilitation fee for our matching and ongoing monitoring service. You do NOT not pay any rent to the Homeowner. Bills are included, although you may be asked to make a modest contribution to the Homeowner towards the energy bills, and council tax if you are working.
