Less than 5 minutes walk to Willesden Green tube station (Jubilee Line) and the High street cafes and shops.

Accommodation on Offer: 

Double room and en-suite shower room in a gorgeous, well maintained and modern flat, with plenty of wardrobe space, shared use of lovely kitchen and living room and patio garden. The home has good Wifi.

What the Opportunity Involves:

A delightful, interesting and kind elderly homeowner is seeking to share her beautiful home with a mature female Sharer who is happy to provide 10-15 hours a week of practical help and companionship as well as the reassurance that someone else is there at night.

Our Homeowner is a busy, sociable lady with a caring family and many friends. She has many interests including history, cinema, theatre and music and she enjoys regular weekly classes and also going out to local cafes for lunch.
Her vision is impaired so her home is kept tidy and safe and she lacks a little confidence when walking, however she enjoys using the computer daily and watching a good TV drama in the evenings.

The ideal Sharer for this Homeshare opportunity will be a kind, caring female who might be working part or full time, perhaps remotely, and has has some flexibility during the day, and who would be happy to heat up and share some evening midweek meals with the homeowner and enjoy some good television together in the evening.

Other help would include some grocery and online shopping and putting things away and helping with basic phone and IT/computer issues that our homeowner can find difficult. A cleaner comes to the home regularly.

Cost: £199 per month

This is a monthly facilitation fee for our matching and ongoing monitoring service. You do not pay rent to the homeowner. Bills are included.
