What the Opportunity entails:
We have a really fabulous new Homeshare opportunity for a female Sharer looking for low-cost accommodation and a safe place to live, in return for providing some companionship and practical support.
Our Homeowner is an independent and busy lady, who has had an extraordinary career in the world of culinary arts and will shortly be launching the latest of her numerous cook books. She is well travelled, has lived in the US, UK and France and has lots of interesting stories to tell.
Our Homeowner is looking to share her beautiful home with someone who works full time Monday to Friday, who would like to come home to enjoy a meal together after work and chat about their days, current affairs, history or politics, and watch the News or a good Netflix or BBC crime series together.
The ideal Sharer will be able to be home between 6-7pm mid-week and will share an interest in current affairs, travel, history, culture, and of course cooking and eating good food!
Our Homeowner goes to bed quite early in the evening around 9pm so the Sharer will have time to herself. Also on the weekends, she is generally busy with her family and grandchildren who live locally.
The flat is well maintained and in a secure and safe new block, close to the lovely local shops and cafés in Muswell Hill.
The spare bedroom for the Sharer is a bright room with a comfortable single bed and lots of wardrobe space. Linen and towels will be provided. The Sharer will also have use of her own (guest) bathroom which has a bath and a powerful shower.
There is a washing machine and separate dryer, and a strong wifi connection in the flat.
Cost: £199 per month
This is a monthly facilitation fee for our service. You do NOT pay rent to the homeowner. All household bills are included with this Homeshare opportunity.
