What the Opportunity entails:

We have a new Homeshare opportunity for a suitable Sharer to live with a kind, elderly couple in Temple Fortune, London NW11. They have reached a stage in life where they wish to share their home with a younger Sharer for companionship and a reassuring presence at night. They have two children who live abroad and visit often.

The home is a good-sized house close to excellent transport facilities in to central London and great local shops. Your accommodation will be a large double room with two single beds, or a single room (both with plenty of cupboard space), and a shared bathroom. The house is in a quiet residential street with a garden and has wifi.

This Homeshare opportunity would suit you if you are working or studying and would be able to give a little support and companionship to the Homeowners in the evenings, and a few hours at the weekend. No personal care is permitted.

The Homeowners enjoy the company of others and are warm and friendly. They lead a quiet life and look forward to sharing their home and their lives with a suitable Sharer. In return they ask for around 10 hours support and companionship each week, which may include sharing meals, watching TV or playing games, and accompanying them on outings.

Cost: £199 per month per month

This is a monthly facilitation fee for our service. You do not pay rent to the Homeowner. You may be asked to contribute towards council tax but will be exempt if you are a full-time student.
